For fifteen years I was employed in Brighton and Hove N.H.S surgeries as a Counsellor. I am very experienced in working to a Brief six session model as well as longer term Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am a trained Holistic therapist who has been registered with the Dr Edward Bach foundation for many years. Awareness of the mind, body and spirit connection is integral to my work.
I hold a City & Guilds Teaching Certificate. Originally trained in Childcare I have experience in supporting parents improve relationships with their children as well as each other.
        
           
THERAPY SESSIONS
Each individual session lasts for 50 minutes and takes place in a non-judgemental, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Every client is unique so the number of sessions depends on a persons needs or requirements. This is your space and time in which to feel truly heard and understood.

CONFIDENTIAL
Sometimes we face a problem which we feel unable to overcome alone or are unwilling to share with partners, family or friends. I use my professional expertise to support
you in finding a new perspective or way forward. I work with helping clients to express themselves in the knowledge that all sessions are confidential.

SAFETY
The wellbeing and safety of each client is of paramount importance. Every client is supported on their journey towards finding their own answers, inner resources, strengths, health and happiness.
